I’d like to share my experience working with Simon. We worked closely together for over a year and a half, initially to sell my flat in Ballantrae House. It was a challenging time to sell, but Simon was incredibly patient throughout the process—both with me and with the prospective buyer. Unfortunately, the sale fell through at the last minute from the buyer’s side. Even then, Simon quickly came back with various solutions and was always prompt in responding to our messages and calls, which I truly appreciated, especially as we live abroad and not in the UK. We had been recommended to Simon by a close friend, and I can see why. After the sale didn’t go through, we decided to rent out the property. Before securing a long-term tenant, Simon arranged, through an associate, a short-term rental option that was handled professionally and allowed me to earn some income while the flat was vacant. Later, he found a great long-term tenant, ensuring all checks and compliance requirements were met. I was very happy with the final results. In the future, I still plan to sell my flat, and I will certainly turn to Simon again. I highly recommend his services—professional, reliable, and always client-focused. Thank you, Simon.
