It was a challenging time to sell, but Simon was incredibly patient throughout the process—both with me and with the prospective buyer. Even then, Simon quickly came back with various solutions and was always prompt in responding to our messages and calls, which I truly appreciated, especially as we live abroad and not in the UK.
