Simon is genuinely one of the best agents I have used. He is responsive, efficient and totally trust worthy. The rental of my new home was seamless and everything was handled with professionalism and diplomacy.
I would definitely recommend Fine Living with no hesitation.
This is truly a unicorn of an organization! Simon is approachable, thoughtful, and extremely knowledgeable about his property. He made the entire process completely painless from the viewing through to signing the lease. He’s incredibly communicative and ensured that our rental was finished to the highest standard of cleanliness and repairs. We are now the proud tenants of the most wonderful home and are so grateful that we found Simon. 10/10 service, no notes!
Simon helped us rent, and eventually sell recently, our flat in UK. Through this long time we have been working together, he very often went above and beyond to ensure the best interest of all parties and minimize hassle. His professionalism, hard work and love for what he is doing and his unique network of people is what sets him apart. Thank you Simon for making the impossible, possible!
Simon not looked after myself and my partner from the start to the finish of our tenancy search but as property manager has continued to look after us with top communication and consideration for both ourselves and the landlord! Couldn’t recommend enough
I recently purchased a flat through Fine Living and I couldn't be happier with the service I received. From the very beginning, the communication was outstanding. They kept me informed every step of the way, promptly answered all my questions, and were always available to address any concerns I had.
The entire process was smooth and stress-free. Simon and Steve were professional, efficient, and made buying a flat a positive experience. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy or sell a property.
Fine Living (and Simon) are the best thing that happened to me as a landlady living abroad. I have the peace of mind that my property is well taken care of. Professionalism, efficiency and integrity are the pillars of this company. Couldn’t recommend it enough!
Simon has been a great guide and support throughout our tenancy. He was always available, helpful and he managed the communication with our landlord perfectly.
I was really impressed by the service I received here, in particular from Jack. He was 'on it' from the start and took his time in understanding what kind of property we were after and our other requirements. He was knowledgeable, professional and gave us an all-round easy experience and personal service. To be honest, I'm still pinching myself that he managed to find us such a great place to rent. Would highly recommend.
I recently let my property through Park Heath and would definitely recommend them. I received excellent service from start to finish and was impressed with how they navigated a difficult time for the property market.
I’d like to share my experience working with Simon. We worked closely together for over a year and a half, initially to sell my flat in Ballantrae House. It was a challenging time to sell, but Simon was incredibly patient throughout the process—both with me and with the prospective buyer. Unfortunately, the sale fell through at the last minute from the buyer’s side. Even then, Simon quickly came back with various solutions and was always prompt in responding to our messages and calls, which I truly appreciated, especially as we live abroad and not in the UK.
We had been recommended to Simon by a close friend, and I can see why. After the sale didn’t go through, we decided to rent out the property. Before securing a long-term tenant, Simon arranged, through an associate, a short-term rental option that was handled professionally and allowed me to earn some income while the flat was vacant. Later, he found a great long-term tenant, ensuring all checks and compliance requirements were met. I was very happy with the final results.
In the future, I still plan to sell my flat, and I will certainly turn to Simon again. I highly recommend his services—professional, reliable, and always client-focused. Thank you, Simon.
