Simon was super helpful in helping my girlfriend and I secure a rental in Stepney Green. He was kind, communicated quickly and directly and we’d attentive to any concerns we had. Thanks again

Fine Living Publishes Its Modern Slavery & Ethical Supply Chain Commitment
At Fine Living, we believe that professionalism is measured not only by the quality of the homes we represent, but by the integrity of the people and processes behind them. Today, we are proud to publish our Modern Slavery & Human Trafficking Statement, a voluntary commitment that reflects our values and the standards we expect across our industry.
Although only large organisations are legally required to publish such a statement, we have chosen to do so because safeguarding people matters. Our work involves a wide network of contractors, suppliers, and service partners, and we want to ensure that everyone connected to Fine Living is treated fairly, safely, and with dignity.
Our statement sets out the steps we take to prevent exploitation within our operations and supply chains, including:
- Clear ethical standards for all contractors and suppliers
- Proportionate due diligence checks
- A zero tolerance approach to modern slavery and human trafficking
- Staff awareness and reporting processes
- A commitment to continuous improvement
We have also introduced a strengthened Supplier Ethical Standards & Contractor Onboarding Agreement, ensuring that every partner working with Fine Living meets the same expectations.
This is an important step in raising standards across the residential property sector. We encourage other agencies, contractors, and service providers to join us in making ethical practice the norm, not the exception.
Fine Living remains committed to transparency, responsibility, and doing the right thing, for our clients, our partners, and our community.
