Landlord fees

Let & Rent Collect Service 10% including VAT

Renewal/continuation fee (lowers by 2% each year) 8% including VAT

Management Service 15% including VAT

Renewal/continuation fee 10% including VAT

Short Term Letting Service (Contract length less than six months) 25% including VAT

There is a minimum fee of £2000 including VAT for all the above Services or the percentage of the fee for each Service being the equivalent of six months’ commission whichever is the greater even if not negotiated by Fine Living.

Sales Commission if Tenant purchases the Property 1.5% including VAT of the purchase price.

Preparation of an Inventory by an inventory clerk Estimates upon request.

Visits during a void period for each visit (one every 2 weeks) £120 including VAT

Refurbishment works 12% inclusive of VAT of the final invoice

Attendance at Court/tribunal on behalf of the Landlord £120 including VAT per hour plus the reasonable costs and expenses of Fine Living

 

Preparation of documentation for Court proceedings £120 including VAT per hour

Submission of property licence £540 including VAT per licence

Ad-hoc paperwork (Valuation for mortgage purposes, non AST contracts, year end financial statements) £180 including VAT per property
