We noticed a significant difference when our landlord change from our previous management company to Fine Living. We received information and response to our inquiries very quickly and when needed, we were able to communicate more effectively with the landlord. We felt that Simon cared not only about the landlord but also us, the tenants.

I’d like to share my experience working with Simon. We worked closely together for over a year and a half, initially to sell my flat in Ballantrae House. It was a challenging time to sell, but Simon was incredibly patient throughout the process—both with me and with the prospective buyer. Unfortunately, the sale fell through at the last minute from the buyer’s side. Even then, Simon quickly came back with various solutions and was always prompt in responding to our messages and calls, which I truly appreciated, especially as we live abroad and not in the UK. We had been recommended to Simon by a close friend, and I can see why. After the sale didn’t go through, we decided to rent out the property. Before securing a long-term tenant, Simon arranged, through an associate, a short-term rental option that was handled professionally and allowed me to earn some income while the flat was vacant. Later, he found a great long-term tenant, ensuring all checks and compliance requirements were met. I was very happy with the final results. In the future, I still plan to sell my flat, and I will certainly turn to Simon again. I highly recommend his services—professional, reliable, and always client-focused. Thank you, Simon.

I can't recommend Simon highly enough! He helped me secure a beautiful rental home in Walthamstow, even though my situation wasn’t straightforward — I was unemployed at the time and didn’t have a previous landlord reference. Despite this, Simon went out of his way to support me through the process, he's incredibly friendly, approachable, and genuinely wants to help. He made what could have been a really stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. Thanks again, Simon!

Simon and Fine Living were introduced to me by a close personal friend. From start to finish, I was dealt with professionally and courteously. The way Simon operates, his focus being on client relationships and making it clear the client is not just a number is so good. It sets Fine Living apart, and above and beyond the Foxtons, and high street estate agent brands. His bespoke approach is appreciated by us landlords - not to mention his attention to detail with finding the right tenants. I'm lucky to have Simon and Fine Living in my corner - would highly recommend. Smooth, Professional and great experience start to finish - and ongoing. Really good guy. He delivered high quality tenants in the timeline he guided me on. No BS, just results.
